Can you install a cap the same visit as a sweep?
Usually yes — tell us when you book and we'll bring the right size.
What about animals already in the flue?
We remove nesting and blockages safely before capping — it's one of our most common calls.
Do factory-built chimneys need caps too?
Yes — chase covers and caps protect the metal flue systems in newer homes; rusted chase covers are a top leak source.
