What we collect

When you send the estimate form on this website we receive the name, phone number, ZIP code, preferred date, service selection and message you type into it. If you email or text us we receive whatever you send. That is all. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about the work you asked about, to schedule the visit and to keep a record of the job. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody. We do not pass your enquiry to a third-party lead broker. If another company contacts you claiming to be us, it is not us — call (503) 490-7724 and tell us.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to: our office, and the technician assigned to your job. Our website form and our scheduling software are operated by service providers who process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your job and our business records. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics we will say so here first.

Your choices

If you text us, we reply by text. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not send bulk messages.
