What we see on Beaverton chimneys
Beaverton's older neighbourhoods around Cedar Hills and Raleigh Hills are full of 1950s-70s homes with original masonry chimneys. Those crowns and mortar joints are now well past the point where Pacific Northwest rain starts finding its way in.
