Ten percent off every repair — military and seniors
If you serve, have served, or are 65 or retired, ten percent comes off all repair and masonry work we do for you. It is a standing discount, not a promotion with an end date.
Applies to repair, masonry, relining and installation work. Show any service, state or Medicare ID at the visit. The discount is applied to the written quote before you approve it. One discount per job — it is separate from the pre-season sweep offer.

Is the $99 sweep a real price or a bait offer?
It is the real price for a standard chimney sweep during the pre-season offer. There is no mandatory add-on and no trip fee. If your chimney turns out to need repair, you get photos and a written quote — and you are free to say no.
What is the difference between $99 and $149?
$99 covers the sweep itself. $149 adds a full inspection of the whole system — firebox, damper, smoke chamber, liner, crown, cap and flashing — with photographs of every finding and a written summary. Almost everyone chooses the $149 visit, and it is the one that meets the annual NFPA 211 standard.
Why is the regular price $499?
$499 is our standard list price for a complete sweep and full inspection outside the pre-season promotion. Booking before the heating season is what earns the lower price — it lets us fill the calendar before the autumn rush.
How much do repairs cost?
There is no honest single answer — a tuckpointing job and a full rebuild are very different. What we can promise is that you will see photographs of the damage and get one written price before anything starts, and that price does not change.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and we will tell you when your chimney does not need work.
Do you offer a military or senior discount?
Yes — 10% off all repair and masonry work for active duty, National Guard and reserves, veterans, seniors 65 and over, and retirees. It is a standing discount with no end date. Mention it when you book and it is applied to the written quote before you approve anything. One discount per job, and it is separate from the pre-season sweep offer.
Do you offer financing?

Is there a fee if I am outside Portland?
No. Anywhere inside our roughly 50-mile service radius is the same price — Vancouver, Camas, Hillsboro and Gresham included.
