What's the difference between Level 1, 2 and 3?
Level 1 is a visual check of accessible parts — right for a healthy system under normal use. Level 2 adds accessible areas of attics/crawlspaces and is required on property transfer or after an event like a flue fire. Level 3 involves opening up construction when a serious hidden hazard is suspected.
Do I need an inspection before buying a house?
