Troutdale sits right at the Gorge entrance and takes the east wind straight on. Flashing and caps here fail years earlier than the same parts in inner Portland.
We have been working chimneys across Oregon and Southwest Washington since 2001. Every visit here is photographed the same way it is anywhere else, and you get the pictures whether we find a problem or not.
